Designed with floral designers and creative professionals in mind, this versatile 800 sq. ft. workspace is ideal for floral production, workshops, styled shoots, pop-ups, classes, and hourly rentals. The studio includes: * Two large rolling 8-foot work tables that can be configured to fit your workflow * Side-by-side floral coolers for flower storage and conditioning * Loading dock access for easy product loading and unloading * Wi-Fi access * Water access and utility sink area * Access to buckets * Private restroom * Limited amount of supplies available to buy and or rent * Garbage and disposal access * Flexible open layout with ample usable design space Perfect for florists, creatives, educators, and event professionals looking for a functional and inspiring workspace near the Santa Barbara coast. Available for hourly, half-day, full-day, and workshop rentals. Whether you’re processing flowers for a wedding weekend, hosting a floral class, or needing temporary production space, this studio offers a clean, professional, and adaptable environment to create in. Access through front door and roll top Studio will be unlocked upon arrival One* parking space in private alley in front of the building with additional parking on the adjacent city street. *only parking in front of unit is allowed
