TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: March 1, 2026

  1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fleurspace Collective platform (“Platform”), operated by Fleurspace Collective (“Fleurspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

  2. Description of Services:

Fleurspace is an online marketplace connecting:

  • Hosts (flower shops/wholesalers) offering workspace
  • Renters (freelance florists/designers) seeking workspace

Fleurspace facilitates bookings and payments but is not a party to rental agreements between Hosts and Renters.

  1. User Accounts:

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the Platform lawfully

Fleurspace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

  1. Bookings & Payments:
  • Payments are processed via Stripe.
  • Fleurspace collects a service fee from each transaction.
  • Hosts receive payouts through Stripe Connect.
  • Taxes are the responsibility of Hosts unless otherwise required by law.

Fleurspace is not responsible for payment disputes outside Stripe’s system.

  1. Marketplace Disclaimer:

Fleurspace does not:

  • Own, lease, or control listed properties
  • Inspect host locations
  • Guarantee quality, safety, or legality of spaces

All workspace rentals are agreements directly between Host and Renter.

  1. Messaging & Content:

Users may message each other via the Platform. Hosts grant Fleurspace a non-exclusive license to display uploaded photos and listing content. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and communications.

  1. Prohibited Conduct:

Users may not:

  • Use spaces for illegal activity
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Damage host property
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
  • Harass or abuse other users

Violations may result in permanent removal.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Fleurspace shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Business losses
  • Disputes between users
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Fleurspace in the preceding 12 months.

  1. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold Fleurspace harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Damage caused during bookings
  1. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Modifications:

Fleurspace may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
