Refund Policy

  1. Renter Cancellations

Standard Policy:

  • Cancel 72+ hours before booking → Full refund
  • Cancel 24–72 hours before → 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 24 hours → No refund Service fees may be non-refundable.
  1. Host Cancellations
  • Renter receives full refund
  • Fleurspace may penalize repeat host cancellations
  1. No-Show Policy:

Failure to appear does not qualify for refund.
