Located in the heart of Ocean View in Norfolk, Virginia this flexible floral production workspace offers a welcoming and functional environment for flower processing, event prep, installations, and temporary production rentals. Our alley even opens up to our neighborhood coffee​/​brewery! The studio includes: * Six stainless steel rolling work tables that can be moved and configured to fit your workflow * Two three-shelf rolling racks for storage and organization * A 20-foot counter space for staging and holding finished arrangements * Shared access to our floral cooler flower storage and conditioning * Approximately 600 square feet of temperature controlled open workspace * Wi-Fi access * Water access and sink area * Breakroom and fridge for your lunch break * Access to floral buckets and snips * Private restroom * Direct alley access with three dumpsters * Limited floral supplies and mechanics available for purchase, or rental * Flexible open layout with plenty of usable production space The studio is single level with no stairs required to access the space. There is a large parking lot located directly in front of the store, along with a rear entrance and loading area for easy production access. Both entrances are single-door access points, and the back entrance allows vans to back directly up to the door for convenient unloading and loading. Studio access can be coordinated onsite with the studio manager during regular retail hours: Retail Hours Tuesday–Saturday: 10AM–5PM Sunday: 10AM–2PM There is no need to leave production space at 5PM — our team will simply review lock-up procedures with renters before the retail staff leaves for the day. Perfect for florists and creative professionals needing clean, adaptable production space for wedding weekends, large event prep, installations, or floral processing. Available for hourly, half-day, and full-day production rentals. We ask that all guests leave the studio, cooler space, buckets, and workstations​/​tools cleaned and reset at the end of their rental. All garbage must be disposed of properly.
Arrival
Space access can be coordinated with the studio manager on site during regular business hours 10am to 5pm. There is no need to leave at 5pm, we'll just go over lock up before the retail team leaves. The store is single level with no stairs to access the space.
Hours of Operation
Retail Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 2pm Access to space can be cooridnated onsite with the manager.
