Available 24​/​7 with a separate private entrance. The Space Includes: Ample Cold Storage: Glass Doors, Display coolers with multiple shelves: 1 large two-door cooler, 1 smaller two-door cooler, and 1 single-door cooler. Workspace: 3 large workshop desktops perfect for prepping and designing. Conveniences: Dedicated kitchen area with water source, plus a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Easy Loading: Flat driveway access right up to the studio for seamless loading​/​unloading of your flower van. Climate & Lighting: Fully climate-controlled with separate heating and AC. Excellent natural light during the day, and high-volume interior​/​exterior lighting for nighttime work. Water Access: Dedicated water supply for filling buckets easily. Free WIFI Access Note: Access to shop buckets and design tools is available for an additional fee.

Welcome to the Floral Studio! We are excited to host you. To help your setup and design process run as smoothly as possible, please review the studio guidelines and instructions below. 🚪 1. Arrival & Access Separate Entrance: Use the designated private entrance to enter and exit the studio. You have 24​/​7 access during your rental period, so please ensure the door is securely locked if you leave. Parking & Loading: You can pull your flower van directly onto the flat driveway space right up to the studio for easy, level loading and unloading. Please do not block any neighboring driveways. ❄️ 2. Climate Control & Lighting Thermostat: The studio features separate heating and AC. Please adjust the climate to keep yourself comfortable and your flowers fresh. Lighting: Switches for the high-volume interior lighting and the exterior night lights are located by the main entrance. Please turn off all lights when leaving the space. 🌸 3. Workspaces & Coolers Design Desks: You have full access to the three workshop desktop spaces. Please use liners or counters if you are working with materials that might stain. Refrigeration: You are welcome to use the three available coolers: One large two-door cooler One smaller two-door cooler One single-door cooler Water Access: The kitchen area and the dedicated water lines are available for filling buckets and prepping your stems. 🪣 4. Buckets, Tools, & Add-ons Add-on Fees: Please note that the shop’s buckets and design tools are not included in the base rental. If you need to utilize the shop's buckets or tools, please coordinate with us ahead of time so we can log the inventory and apply the additional charge. 🚿 5. Amenities & Clean Up Bathroom: A private bathroom with a shower space is available for your convenience. Trash & Green Waste: Please sweep up your stem trimmings and leaves, and empty your organic waste into the designated bins before the end of your rental period. Locking Up: Before you head out, ensure all water taps are completely turned off, coolers are shut tightly, and the entrance door is locked. Thank you for renting our space!
