Description of Your Space
$100 an hour. Garage design studio (larger two car space) with multiple work tables and two long self contained floral coolers. Double stainless steel sink, 100’ hose and additional workspace and tables outside (sink​/​hose available April through November). Easy load and unload through automatic garage door, 4 car parking in driveway with additional street parking if needed. Includes A​/​C, WiFi, floral buckets and five 32 gallon drawstring trash bags. Please bring your own floral supplies. You may leave up to 5 full floral garbage bags and 20 boxes broken down. No restroom on site—Park district and Starbucks close, down the street. Space available 4 AM to 8 PM seven days a week. Rules: - Automatic garage door must be closed while working. - Music okay but nothing overly loud - Six workers max - Sweep the floors and clean up any floral debris, leaves, stems, or petals - Wipe down work tables - Clean up any water spills or wet areas - Wash any buckets used and return to where they belong. - Take all trash and floral waste to the designated trash area. - Turn off all lights, faucets - Wipe out refrigerator coolers - Lock the studio when leaving

Park in the driveway or on the street. Enter through the backyard gate. Door code will be given
