Compensation details
All fulltime employees are paid bi-weekly. Health and Dental Insurance options are available. $75 monthly CTA stipend applied directly to your account (pre-tax). Discounts available on in store floral, plant and retail purchases. Tip out is done through tip sharing based on number of hours worked per week.
Description
City Scents is seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our team. Ideal candidate is knowledgeable and proficient in floral design, with other responsibilities including floral processing, assisting customers, responding to event inquiries, and keeping a clean, well organized work space, while working in a timely and efficient manner. Saturday availability is a must. Scheduling is done in advance with an effort to keep shifts the same from week to week to allow staff a better work life balance.
