Freelance Floral Designers & Assistants — As Needed | OC

The Art of Blooming is a growing floral design studio based in Orange County, CA, specializing in romantic, garden-inspired floral design for weddings, events, and custom commissions. As our event calendar continues to grow, we’re looking to connect with freelance floral designers and floral assistants to build our trusted roster for future, as-needed opportunities. Freelance opportunities may include floral processing and prep, arrangement production, wedding and event setup, installations, loading​/​unloading, delivery assistance, and breakdown​/​strike. This listing is not tied to a specific event date or guaranteed number of hours. Rather, we’re looking to establish relationships with local floral professionals whom we can reach out to as opportunities arise. Each opportunity would be offered on an event-by-event basis with the date, hours, scope of work, and compensation provided in advance. We would love to connect with reliable, collaborative creatives who enjoy working with flowers and have an eye for thoughtful, organic design. Floral experience is preferred, but we’re also open to assistants who are eager to learn and comfortable with the physical, hands-on nature of event floral work.
