Hello, I'm Kelisha O.

My name is Kelisha, but those in the floral industry know me as Kelly. I’m the owner and creative mastermind behind Perfectly Adorned Event Decor - an event floral design company located in Southern Maryland. Being a florist has come with some great accolades and the opportunity to meet amazing people! I’ve been published 10x in Wedding & Bridal Magazines, featured segment on Fox 5 DC, joined a brilliant group of florists to design the 2024 Philadelphia Flower Show, and continue to serve communities with flowers wherever I go. In 2022, I founded The Floral Blueprint - an education platform where I teach teach aspiring and established florists, planners, and designers the methods to elevate their business. My mission is to connect people with brands, captivate audiences, and create memorable moments through floral experiences!
