Charming 400 sq. ft. studio, perfect for floral designers. Enjoy abundant natural light and easy loading access right at the door. The space features adjustable 6-foot working tables on wheels, with extra tables available as needed. Amenities include restroom access, free Wi-Fi, a sink with water capabilities, and a cozy lounge area with a refrigerator and a Television. A 12 x 12 walk-in cooler with shelves is available for overnight floral storage, alongside plenty of parking and a swamp cooler to keep the space comfortable. We have a Flower wholesaler 10 min away. Create in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Arrival
Upon Arrival you will be greeted by the Host and will be given an access code to the Studio and walk through.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Sunday 8AM to 8PM, accommodations for early start times can be made.
