have been designing for 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to manage a flower shop, lead design for three different companies and produce events as a freelancer well-rounded with design styles, fluent in the care of all types of flowers, from proper processing to get their better life spans to paring them for the best design looks. Design styles, such as asymmetrical, garden, whimsical & pavé. what I enjoy making the most? centerpieces and big ornamental pieces. I’m really good with personals and I always adjust my design to whatever the customer wants. Great with timelines & accounting for maximum use of floral and improvising. I enjoy interacting with customers and a bit of sales, but I thrive in the back of the house & under pressure. In 2012 to 2013 I managed a high-end flower shop in Phoenix, Arizona. I had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of flower buying customer service and delivery management For the past 15 years, I’ve been a freelancer & have had the opportunity to be with so many companies that allow me the freedom to learn from everyone that & lead me to become more flexible & produce events. Production management for me is being able to create and stick to a timeline, managing teams, hiring, & assigning projects depending their skills, experience, and personality. What needs to be order in hard-goods props and transportation, etc. Creating Infrastructure for an event, and, most importantly, solving unpredictable problems by thinking outside the box.
