Creative Direction • Lead all floral design across weddings, events, and installations, establishing and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic identity for the brand • Develop custom concepts for clients and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure designs align with client expectations, budgets, and proposals • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team Production Management • Oversee end-to-end floral production, from sourcing and procurement to final installation and breakdown • Manage relationships with growers, wholesalers, and suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and cost efficiency • Build and maintain production schedules and workflows to handle multiple concurrent events and projects • Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of floral designers and production staff • Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance studio culture • Delegate effectively and provide hands-on guidance during high-volume periods
