The space spans approximately 800 square feet in a single open layout, with the cooler, work zone, sinks, and retail floor running continuously from front to back. Lime washed walls, decorative pillars, and an intentionally designed interior make this a workspace that is as beautiful as it is functional. Bookings may overlap with regular studio operations. Renters are responsible for full cleanup of their work area before leaving. No glitter or dyed materials permitted in the space. Access is limited to the listed amenities. Retail inventory and shop supplies are not included. Fleurish Chicago is available for hourly and daily bookings. The space is ideal for destination florists visiting Chicago for weddings or corporate events, local freelancers who need a professional base, and designers who need cooler access and a functional, beautifully designed workspace without a long-term lease commitment.
Arrival
Fleurish Chicago is located at 752 E. 43rd Street, Chicago, IL. The space is ground floor with no stairs. Parking: Free street parking is available on E. 43rd Street and the adjacent side street. Access: The entrance uses a lockbox. Your code will be sent once your booking is confirmed. Please do not share it with others. Upon Arrival: Enter through the front door. Your stations and cooler access are ready at the start of your booking window. Please do not arrive early. Departure: Leave your work area clean, return buckets, and wipe down any tools used. Secure the front door behind you.
