French for "the enclosure," Le Clos (/lə klo/) was born as a floral studio and has grown into a creative sanctuary. It's a place where natural materials meets intentional gathering—private yet alive, quiet yet full of possibility. A space designed for makers who seek both solitude and connection. - Key pad entry with personal access code - 2 dedicated staged photo opportunities: backdrop with 8' Chasing Stone canvas in a neutral sandstone color or 8' dining table - Natural light for photography - 2 stainless steel working tables for hands-on design - Ample floral buckets - Mini fridge and microwave available for use - 8x10' cooler - Bluetooth speaker - Waste disposal included - Utility sink with water access - Restroom facility - Back garage door for loading and unloading LIGHTING The space is filled with an abundance of natural light, especially when the garage door is open, allowing plenty of light to flood the main room. When the garage door is fully closed, there is still lighting from the skylights. GENERAL RULES No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio Music must be kept at a reasonable volume You're welcome to rearrange the furniture as needed to customize the space for your shoot, create more open areas, or make the most of the white walls for your setup. Please return to its original location at the end of your session. Please treat the space and equipment with care; any damage must be reported Leave the space as you found it—additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left Overtime is billed automatically if the booking runs past the scheduled end time By booking this space, you agree to respect the studio, the building, and other renters who may be using the space concurrently. CANCELLATIONS Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
Arrival
Floor-level access with easy parking. A garage door at the back opens for larger trucks needing rear access. Overnight parking: written request required with vehicle details (name, make/model/color, plate + state, dates)

Le Clos accommodates intimate workshops, gatherings and creative sessions for up to 6 seated guests at an 8' dining table or 2 stainless steel working tables or 15-20 mingling.
